“Dear Tracey and/or other ladies, This is in regards to my new Keens. I have had them 3 weeks and last week I noticed that there's loose threads on both shoes, so I put them in a bag to take back for you to have a look at. Haven't made it into the shop yet as the town trips get quite hectic with two littlies ;-) So I will drop them off on Wednesday and hope something can be done about it.
