To give a special property the exposure it needs to sell in the current economic climate, it's more important than ever to find different avenues to market it. While this lifestyle block near Takaka (in Golden Bay, New Zealand) is listed on several New Zealand real estate websites, we felt it would give it a better chance of finding a buyer if we created a nice little website with more detailed descriptions and a larger collection of images than what the real estate agencies provide.
