Custom Shopify theme for Whisky Galore
Whisky Galore had an existing e-commerce site built with X-Cart which was becoming difficult to manage and maintain.
The biggest challenge with this project was designing a browsing interface for over 1,000 products that is intuitive and easy for new and experience whisky buyers.
In addition to a large number of products, there are also a number of different ways to browse these products so it was important to break down the experience into different collections and categories to make finding a product easier.
